حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مَعْمَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ. وَمُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْعُكْلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ. عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ:

لَا أَزَالُ أُحِبُّ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: هُمْ أَشَدُّ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الدَّجَّالِ. وَكَانَتْ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ نَسَمَةٌ مِنْ بَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ، فَقَدِمَ سَبْيُ خَوْلَانَ، فَقَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، أَلَا أَبْتَاعُ مِنْهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ سَبْيُ بَلْعَنْبَرِ، قَالَ: ابْتَاعِي، فَإِنَّهُمْ وَلَدُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ. وَجَاءَتْ صَدَقَاتُ بَنِي تَمِيمٍ، فَقَالَ: هَذِهِ صَدَقَاتُ قَوْمِنَا

✧ I will not cease loving Banu Tamim after three things: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'They are the strongest of my ummah against the Dajjal.' And 'A'ishah had a slave of the children of Isma'il, and captives of Khawlan arrived, so 'A'ishah said: 'O Messenger of Allah, shall I buy from them?' He said: 'No.' When captives of Bal'anbar arrived, he said: 'Buy, for they are the children of Isma'il.' And the sadaqat of Banu Tamim came, and he said: 'These are the sadaqat of our people.'
