✧ Give charity, O assembly of women, for you are the majority of the people of Hell on the Day of Resurrection. A woman who was not among the elite of women said: And why are we the majority of the people of Hell? He said: Because you curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. Ibn Mas'ud said: I have not found any who are deficient in intellect and religion and more overpowering over men of sound judgment in their affairs than these women. It was said: O Ibn Mas'ud, what is the deficiency in their intellects and their religion? He said: As for the deficiency in their intellects, it is that the testimony of two women equals the testimony of one man. As for the deficiency in their religion, it is that one of them goes through whatever Allah wills of days and nights without prostrating to Allah a single prostration.
