✧ I asked Aisha about the prayer of the Prophet ﷺ at night. She said: "He used to sleep at the beginning of the night and get up at its end, then pray whatever was decreed for him. When he finished his prayer, he turned to his bed. If he had a need for his wife, he went to his wife, then slept as he was without touching water. When he heard the first adhan - or the caller - he got up. If he was in a state of janabah, he performed ghusl; if he was not in a state of janabah, he performed the wudu for prayer, then prayed two rak'ahs, then went out to the mosque."
