حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَمَّرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الرَّقِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خُصَيْفٌ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ:

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ لُبْسِ الْحَرِيرِ، وَالذَّهَبِ، وَالشُّرْبِ فِي آنِيَةِ الْفِضَّةِ، وَعَنِ الْمِيثَرَةِ الْحَمْرَاءِ، قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، شَيْءٌ ذَفِيفٌ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ يُرْبَطُ بِهِ الْمَسَكُ ؟ قَالَ: اجْعَلِيهِ فِضَّةً، وَصَفِّرِيهِ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ زَعْفَرَانَ.

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade wearing silk, gold, drinking from silver vessels, and the red saddle cushion. Aisha said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, a small thing of gold used to tie the musk?" He said: "Make it silver and dye it yellow with a little saffron."
