✧ The Prophet ﷺ was in the house of Aisha, and some of his companions were waiting for food. He said: She was preceded by - 'Imran said: My strongest belief is that it was Hafsa - with a large dish containing tharid, and she said: I placed it. She said: Then Aisha came out and took the bowl. He said: That was before they were veiled. He said: She struck with it and it broke. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ took it and put it together, and he said with his palm - 'Imran demonstrated: and he put it together - and said: Eat, your mother is jealous. He said: When he finished, he sent the intact dish to Hafsa and sent the broken one to Aisha. Thus it became a ruling: whoever breaks something, it is his, and he owes its equivalent.
