أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ جُدْعَانَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ:
بَعَثَتْ أُخْتُ مَيْمُونَةَ إِلَيْهَا بِضِبَابٍ - أَوْ بِضَبٍّ -، وَلَبَنٍ قَالَ: فَأُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِبَعْضِ تِلْكَ الضِّبَابِ فَبَزَقَ، وَقَالَ لِخَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ وَ......كُلُوا، قَالَ: ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أُتِيَ بِإِنَاءٍ فِيهَا لَبَنٌ فَشَرِبَ، وَكُنْتُ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ، فَقَالَ لِي: إِنَّ الشَّرْبَةَ لَكَ، فَإِنْ شِئْتَ يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَنْ تُؤْثِرَ بِهَا خَالِدًا فَعَلْتَ "، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: لَا أُوثِرُ بِسُؤْرِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَحَدًا قَالَ: فَشَرِبْتُ، ثُمَّ أَعْطَيْتُ حِينَئِذٍ خَالِدًا فَشَرِبَ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: " مَنْ أَطْعَمَهُ اللهُ طَعَامًا فَلْيَقُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ، وَأَطْعِمْنَا خَيْرًا مِنْهُ، وَمَنْ سَقَاهُ اللهُ لَبَنًا، فَلْيَقُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ لَنَا فِيهِ، وَزِدْنَا مِنْهُ "، قَالَ: " فَإِنِّي لَا أَعْلَمُ شَيْئًا يُجْزِئُ مِنَ الطَّعَامِ، وَالشَّرَابِ إِلَّا اللَّبَنَ
Translation
✧ The sister of Maymūna sent her some dabb lizards — or a dabb lizard — and milk. He said: The Prophet ﷺ was brought some of those dabb lizards, so he spat, and said to Khālid b. al-Walīd and...: "Eat." He said: Then the Messenger of God ﷺ was brought a vessel containing milk, and he drank. I was on his right, and he said to me: "The drink is yours, so if you wish, O Ibn ʿAbbās, to give it to Khālid, you may do so." He said: I said: "I will not give the leftover of the Messenger of God ﷺ to anyone." He said: So I drank, then I gave it to Khālid and he drank. Then the Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever God feeds food, let him say: O God, bless it for us and feed us better than it. And whoever God gives milk to drink, let him say: O God, bless it for us and increase it for us." He said: "For I know of nothing that suffices for both food and drink except milk."
