✧ Marriage to the Slave Woman While Married to the Free Woman

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
إِنْ نَكَحَ الْأَمَةَ عَلَى الْحُرَّةِ، خُيِّرَتِ الْحُرَّةُ، فَإِنْ أَحَبَّتْ أَنْ تَقِرَّ عِنْدَهُ فَلَهَا مِثْلَا مَا لِلْأَمَةِ مِنْ قِسْمَةٍ وَنَفَقَةٍ، وَإِنْ شَاءَتْ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْأَمَةِ
