عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، وَعَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَا:
إِنْ نَكَحَ الْحُرَّةَ عَلَى الْأَمَةِ، كَانَ لِلْحُرَّةِ يَوْمَانِ، وَلِلْأَمَةِ يَوْمٌ
