حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغَفَّلِ، قَالَ:
" قَرَأَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ سُورَةَ الْفَتْحِ فَرَجَّعَ، فَلَوْلَا أَنْ يَجْتَمِعَ عَلَيَّ النَّاسُ لَأَخَذْتُ لَكُمْ فِي ذَلِكَ الصَّوْتِ
Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ recited Surah al-Fath on the day of the conquest and made a trilling sound. Were it not that people would gather around me, I would have imitated that tone for you.
