حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ صُهْبَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغَفَّلِ الْمُزَنِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ - ﷺ
نَهَى عَنِ الْخَذْفَةِ وَقَالَ: " إِنَّهَا لَا يُصَادُ بِهَا صَيْدٌ وَلَا يُنْكَأُ بِهَا عَدُوٌّ، وَإِنَّ الْخَذْفَةَ تَكْسِرُ السِّنَّ وَتَفْقَأُ الْعَيْنَ
Translation

✧ He forbade throwing pebbles and said: 'It neither catches game nor injures an enemy, and pebble-throwing breaks the tooth and puts out the eye.'
