حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي قَزَعَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَحَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَفَعَهُ حَمَّادٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ: وَلَا أَحْفَظُهُ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ مَرْفُوعًا، قَالَ:

" لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ
