الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ عَنِ ابْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ

أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ «ضَرَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَامَ خَيْبَرَ لِلزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ الْعَوَّامِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَسْهُمٍ سَهْمٌ لِلزُّبَيْرِ وَسَهْمٌ لِذِي الْقُرْبَى لِصَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ أُمِّ الزُّبَيْرِ وَسَهْمَانِ لِلْفَرَسِ»

Translation

✧ He used to say: "On the day of Khaybar, the Messenger of God ﷺ allotted to al-Zubayr b. al-ʿAwwam four shares: a share for al-Zubayr, a share for the near relative—to Safiyyah bt. ʿAbd al-Muttalib, the mother of al-Zubayr—and two shares for the horse."
