✧ Every Intoxicant Is Forbidden and the Explanation of al-Tila' and al-Khalit

وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ ؓ قَالَ: إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:

لَا جَلَبَ، وَلَا جَنَبَ، وَلَا وِرَاطَ، وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ، وَكُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ
