حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ §أَنَّ رَجُلًا اسْتَأْذَنَ وَرَثَتَهُ
أَنْ يُوصِيَ بِأَكْثَرَ مِنِ الثُّلُثِ فَأَذِنُوا لَهُ ثُمَّ رَجَعُوا فِيهِ بَعْدَ مَا مَاتَ فَسُئِلَ عَبْدُ اللهِ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ «ذَاكَ النُّكْرَةُ لَا يَجُوزُ»
