حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَلَطِيُّ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعُمَيْسِ عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِالْوَصِيَّةِ فَيَطِيبُ الْوَرَثَةُ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُونَ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ «ذَاكَ النُّكْرَةُ لَا يَجُوزُ»
