حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَوَّاشُ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ خَيْثَمٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ
عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ الْعَامِرِيِّ أَنَّهُمْ خَرَجُوا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى طَعَامٍ دُعُوا إِلَيْهِ فَإِذَا حُسَيْنٌ ؓ يَلْعَبُ مَعَ صِبْيَانٍ فَاسْتَقْبَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَبَسَطَ يَدَهُ فَجَعَلَ الْغُلَامُ يَفِرُّ هَاهُنَا وَهَاهُنَا فَيُضاحِكُهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ حَتَّى أَخَذَهُ فَجَعَلَ إِحْدَى يَدَيْهِ فِي عُنُقِهِ وَالْأُخْرَى فِي فَأْسِ رَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ اعْتَنَقَهُ فَقَبَّلَهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ «حُسَيْنٌ مِنِّي وَأَنَا مِنْ حُسَيْنٍ أَحَبَّ اللهُ مَنْ أَحَبَّ حُسَيْنًا حُسَيْنٌ سِبْطٌ مِنَ الْأَسْبَاطِ»

✧ From Ya'la b. Murra al-'Amiri that they went out with the Messenger of God ﷺ to a meal to which they had been invited, and there was Husayn ؓ playing with some boys. He came to meet the Messenger of God ﷺ, who spread out his hand, and the boy began to flee this way and that while the Messenger of God ﷺ made him laugh until he caught him. He placed one of his hands on his neck and the other on the crown of his head, then embraced and kissed him. Then he said: “Husayn is from me and I am from Husayn. May God love whoever loves Husayn. Husayn is a grandson among the grandsons.”
