حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ أُمِّ حَبِيبَةَ عَنْ زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ قَالَتْ
اسْتَيْقَظَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ نَوْمِهِ مُحْمَرٌّ وَجْهُهُ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهَ وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَبِ مِنْ شَرٍّ قَدِ اقْتَرَبَ فُتِحَ الْيَوْمُ مِنْ رَدْمِ يَأْجُوجَ وَمَأْجُوجَ مِثْلُ هَذَا» وَعَقَدَ بِيَدِهِ يَعْنِي عَشَرَةً قَالَتْ زَيْنَبُ فَقُلْتُ نَهْلِكُ وَفِينَا الصَّالِحُونَ؟ قَالَ «نَعَمْ إِذَا كَثُرَ الْخَبَثُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ woke from his sleep with his face red, and he was saying, "There is no god but Allah. Woe to the Arabs from an evil that has drawn near. Today a breach has been opened in the barrier of Ya'juj and Ma'juj like this," and he held up his hand, meaning ten. Zaynab said: I said, "Will we perish while there are righteous people among us?" He said, "Yes, when wickedness becomes widespread."
