Then he ordered him and he gave the adhan when the sun declined, then ordered him and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then he ordered him and he gave the adhan for Asr while the sun was high, then ordered him and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then he ordered him and he gave the adhan for Maghrib when the sun had set, then ordered him and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then he ordered him when the twilight had disappeared and he gave the adhan for Isha, then ordered him and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then on the next day, he ordered him and he gave the adhan for Fajr when dawn broke, then ordered him when it had become bright and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then he ordered him and he gave the adhan for Zuhr when the shadow of everything became equal to it, then ordered him and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then he ordered him and he gave the adhan for Maghrib when the sun had set, then ordered him and he gave the iqamah and prayed. Then he delayed Isha until close to a third of the night, then he said: "What is between these two is a time."
