Morning Adhkar After Waking Up

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مُرْنِي بِكَلِمَاتٍ أَقُولُهُنَّ إِذَا أَصْبَحْتُ وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتُ. قَالَ: «قُلِ: اللَّهُمَّ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ، عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِ، رَبَّ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَمَلِيكَهُ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي وَشَرِّ الشَّيْطَانِ وَشِرْكِهِ». قَالَ: «قُلْهَا إِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ، وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ، وَإِذَا أَخَذْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ».

Abu Bakr al-Siddiq ᴿᴬ said: O Messenger of Allah ﷺ, instruct me with words that I should say when I enter the morning and when I enter the evening. He said: "Say: allāhumma ʿālima al-ghaybi wal-shahādah, fāṭira al-samāwāti wal-arḍ, rabba kulli shayʾin wa-malīkah, ashhadu an lā ilāha illā anta, aʿūdhu bika min sharri nafsī, wa-sharri al-shayṭāni wa-shirkih (O Allah, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen, Lord of everything and its Sovereign, I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself and from the evil of Satan and his shirk.)" He said: "Say it when you enter the morning, when you enter the evening, and when you go to your bed."
