أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ضَمْرَةُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ

عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا
