نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْيَقْطِينِيُّ نا رَجُلٌ نا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ الْفَاخُورِيُّ نا ضَمْرَةُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ

عَقْلُ الْمَرْأَةِ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الرَّجُلِ حَتَّى تَبْلُغَ الثُّلُثَ مِنْ دِيَتِهَا
