أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ الأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ

أَنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ طَلَّقَهَا ثَلاَثًا فَانْطَلَقَ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ فِي نَفَرٍ مِنْ بَنِي مَخْزُومٍ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ أَبَا عَمْرِو بْنَ حَفْصٍ طَلَّقَ فَاطِمَةَ ثَلاَثًا فَهَلْ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ وَلاَ سُكْنَى

Translation
