✧ The Situation in Which the Ruler Should Avoid Making Decisions

أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «لَا يَقْضِي الْقَاضِي بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ»

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said, 'A judge should not judge between two people while he is angry.'
