حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، - وَهُوَ الْقَطَّانُ - عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ نَحْوَهُ وَزَادَ قَالَ

فَتَرَكَ الصَّلاَةَ عَلَيْهِمْ

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. Muḥammad b. al-Muthanná and ʿUbayd Allāh b. Saʿīd
  2. Yaḥyá Wahū al-Qaṭṭān
  3. ʿUbaydullāh Bihadhā al-Isnād
  4. Wazād

with the same chain of transmitters but with this addition: "He then abandoned offering (funeral) prayer for them."
