Sahih Muslim 1406i

Mut'ah Marriage: It was permitted then abrograted, then permitted then abrogated, and it will remain Forbidden until the day of resurrection

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَبْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ

نَهَى يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ

  7. Rasūl Allāh ﷺ

Rabi' b. Sabra reported on the authority of his father that Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade on the Day of Victory to contract temporary marriage with women.
