✧ He was watering at a trough of his when some people came. He said: Which of you will bring water to Abu Dharr's trough and count some hairs from his head as a reward? A man said: I will. The man came and brought water to the trough and broke it. Abu Dharr was standing, so he sat down, then lay down. It was said to him: O Abu Dharr, why did you sit down and then lie down? He said: The Messenger of God ﷺ said to us: When one of you becomes angry while standing, let him sit; if the anger leaves him, then good, otherwise let him lie down.
