✧ The Prophet ﷺ went out to the Harrah of Banu Mu‘awiyah, and I followed his tracks until he appeared upon it. Then he prayed the Duha prayer, eight rak‘ahs, making them long. He ﷺ said: “O Hudhayfah, did I make it long for you?” I said: “Allah and His Messenger know best.” He ﷺ said: “I asked Allah, Mighty and Majestic, three things concerning it, and He granted me two and withheld one. I asked Him not to let any other nation prevail over my Ummah, and He granted me that. I asked Him not to destroy it by years of drought, and He granted me that. I asked Him not to make its might (war) among themselves, and He withheld it from me.”
