وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى أَبُو هَمَّامٍ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ ابْنُ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ:
مَا أَعْلَمُ أَحَدًا مِنَ النَّاسِ، كَانَ أَعْلَمَ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ مِنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ
Translation
