✧ My Lord came to me in the best form. He said: 'O Muhammad.' I said: 'At Your service, my Lord, and at Your command.' He said: 'Do you know what the highest assembly disputes about?' I said: 'I do not know.' He said: 'Then He placed His hand on my chest, and I felt its coolness between my shoulders' – he said: 'Then He placed His hand between my shoulders, and I felt its coolness in my chest' – and said: 'O Muhammad.' I said: 'At Your service and at Your command.' He said: 'Do you know what the highest assembly disputes about?' I said: 'About degrees and expiations. As for degrees: performing ablution thoroughly in difficult circumstances, walking to congregational prayers, and waiting for the next prayer after the prayer. As for expiations: feeding others, spreading peace, and praying at night while people are asleep. Whoever does that lives well and becomes free of sins like the day his mother gave birth to him.' And He said to me: 'O Muhammad, say: O Allah, I ask You for good deeds, abandoning evil deeds, and love for the poor. And if You intend a trial for a people while I am among them, then take me to You without being tried.'
