وَقَالَ أَبُو يَعْلَى: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ ابْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُوَيْرِثِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْحَكَمَ بْنَ مِنْهَالٍ، يَقُولُ:
إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ لِعُمَرَ ؓ: « اجْمَعْ لِي مَنْ هُنَا مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ
