حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ أَيُّوبَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ عَنْ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:
« الْقَائِلُ بِالْفَاحِشَةِ وَالَّذِي يَسْمَعُ فِي الْإِثْمِ سَوَاءٌ
