حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ أَيُّوبَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ مَرْثَدٍ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ:

الْقَائِلُ الْفَاحِشَةَ، وَالَّذِي يَسْمَعُ فِي الْإِثْمِ سَوَاءٌ
