وَقَالَ مُسَدَّدٌ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
إِنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ كَانَ لَا يُورِّثُ الْإِخْوَةَ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ
