حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
«لَا تُوَرَّثُ الْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ»
