وَبِهِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
الْإِخْوَةُ مِنَ الْأُمِّ لَا يَرِثُونَ دِيَةَ أَخِيهِمْ لِأُمِّهِمْ إِذَا قُتِلَ
Translation
