حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:

إِنَّ أُخْتَ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَحُجَّ مَاشِيَةً نَاشِرَةً شَعَرَهَا، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَقَالَ ﷺ: « مُرْهَا، فَلْتَخْتَمِرْ وَلْتَرْكَبْ، وَلْتَصُمْ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ».

✧ The sister of 'Uqbah b. 'Amir vowed to perform Hajj walking with her hair uncovered. He asked the Prophet ﷺ about that, and he ﷺ said: “Order her to veil herself, to ride, and to fast three days.”
