وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ؓ قَالَ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

« لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ تَعَالَى، وَلَا يَمِينَ فِي قَطِيعَةِ رَحِمٍ، وَلَا يَمِينَ لِلْمَمْلُوكِ عَلَى سَيِّدِهِ، وَلَا يَمِينَ لِزَوْجَةٍ مَعَ زَوْجِهَا، وَلَا يَمِينَ لِوَلَدٍ مَعَ وَالِدِهِ
