Translation

✧ I asked al-Qasim b. Muhammad about a man who said: 'If I marry so-and-so, she is divorced.' He said: 'A man came to 'Umar ؓ and said: I said: If I marry so-and-so, she is zihar. He said: If you marry her and want to keep her, you must offer expiation.'
