وَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ؓ قَالَ:
قُلْنَ النِّسَاءُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، ذَهَبَ الرِّجَالُ بِالْفَضْلِ فِي الْجِهَادِ، فَهَلْ لَنَا مِنْ أَعْمَالِنَا شَيْءٌ نَبْلُغُ بِهِ فَضْلَ الْجِهَادِ ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: « نَعَمْ، مِهْنَةُ إِحْدَاكُنَّ فِي بَيْتِهَا تَبْلُغُ بِهِ فَضْلَ الْجِهَادِ

✧ The women said: 'O Messenger of Allah, the men have taken the virtue of jihad. Is there anything from our deeds by which we can attain the virtue of jihad?' The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Yes, the service of one of you in her house attains for her the virtue of jihad.'
