حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ قَالَ: نَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: نَا رَوْحُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ أَبُو رَجَاءٍ الْكَلْبِيُّ قَالَ: نَا ثَابِتٌ الْبُنَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ:
أَتَيْنَ النِّسَاءُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَقُلْنَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ذَهَبَ الرِّجَالُ بِالْفَضْلِ وَالْجِهَادِ، فَمُرْنَا بِعَمَلٍ نُدْرِكُ بِهِ فَضْلَ الْجِهَادِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ، فَقَالَ: مِهْنَةُ إِحْدَاكُنَّ فِي بَيْتِهَا تُدْرِكُ بِهِ عَمَلَ الْمُجَاهِدِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ

✧ Women came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and said: “O Messenger of God, men have taken the virtue and jihād. Command us a deed by which we may attain the virtue of jihād in the way of God.” He said: “The work of one of you in her house lets her attain the deed of the fighter in the way of God.”
