وَقَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَيْضًا: أَخْبَرَنَا الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو طَلْقٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي حَنْظَلَةُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ثُرَيْبٌ أَوِ ابْنُ ثُرَيْبٍ، قَالَ:
أَكْرَيْتُ فِي الْحَجِّ فَدَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ، فَإِذَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ قَاعِدٌ، وَجَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ ؓ فِي نَاسٍ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ لِجَرِيرٍ
