وَقَالَ الْحَارِثُ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ -:

مَنِ اشْتَرَى شَاةً مُحَفَّلَةً، فَلَهُ أَنْ يُمْسِكَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَإِنْ رَضِيَهَا أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ

✧ Whoever buys a sheep that has been kept unmilked, he has the choice for three days. If he approves of it, he keeps it; and if he returns it, he returns with it a saa' of dates.
