حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَبَضَ الْمُرْتَهِنُ الرَّهْنَ ثُمَّ مَاتَ الرَّاهِنُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ حَتَّى يُسْتَوْفَى [٢]
