حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ:
إِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ وَعَرَفَ النَّاسُ حُدُودَهُمْ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ بَيْنَهُمْ
