حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُثْمَانُ:
لَا شُفْعَةَ فِي بِئْرٍ وَلَا فَحْلٍ، وَالْأُرَفُ [١]تَقْطَعُ [٢]كُلَّ شُفْعَةٍ
