حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ:
أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقْضِي بِالْجِوَارِ حَتَّى جَاءَهُ كِتَابُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: أَلَّا يَقْضِيَ بِهِ إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ شَرِيكَيْنِ مُخْتَلِطَيْنِ، أَوْ دَارًا [١]يُغْلَقُ عَلَيْهَا بَابٌ وَاحِدٌ
