حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
إِذَا طَلَّقَ الْعَبْدُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ، أَنْفَقَ عَلَيْهَا حَتَّى تَضَعَ: فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْ لَمْ يُنْفِقْ عَلَيْهَا
