حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
الْحُرُّ إِذَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ الْأَمَةُ فَطَلَّقَهَا؛ فَإِنَّ عَلَيْهِ النَّفَقَةَ حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَجْرُ الرَّضَاعِ
