حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَعَاسَرَهُ أَهْلُهَا فَحَلَفَ أَنْ لَا يَبْنِيَ بِهَا. قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: لَا إِيلَاءَ إِلَّا بَعْدَ دُخُولٍ
