حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا آلَى مِنْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا فَلَيْسَ بِإِيلَاءٍ، قُلْتُ: وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَى جِمَاعِهَا قَادِرًا ؟ قَالَ: وَإِنْ كَانَ عَلَى جِمَاعِهَا قَادِرًا
